“Marty Shea led our first Oak Grove Board Retreat two years ago.  Although Oak Grove was founded in 1989, this was the first Board Retreat we had ever had.  Marty has outstanding facilitation skills and he frankly exceeded all expectations.  He laid the foundation the first year, helped build team, worked with us to define Mission, Vision and Key Results.  Marty worked with myself and the Management Team prior to the Retreat to develop a Strategic Plan.  This helped provide focus, direction and goals that the Management Team was motivated to meet and exceed.  There was a unanimous request from all Directors to have Marty facilitate the second Retreat, the results again exceeded expectations and we have more clarity as well as direction.  I am excited to report that as a result of this process, 3 Sub Committees were created.  These Groups have evolved into dynamic small groups focused on achieving results that will help further our mission.
